Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable.  It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

Based on the world of the electronic communication process, Urban Body does not guarantee or warrant the Site will be uninterrupted, or free of viruses. Therefore, the information is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Urban Body, its directors or employees, be liable.

As content on the Site is subject to copyright, any unauthorised use of any materials on the Site may violate copyright, trademark and other laws.

Refund, Cancellation & Appointment Policy

URBAN BODY reserve the right to charge a $100 cancellation fee for any appointment cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to be given for any appointment cancellation

24 hours’ notice is required for any pre-paid appointment cancellations. If you cancel a pre-paid appointment within 24 hours, or do not attend the appointment, the treatment will be forfeited.

You agree to these terms by purchasing pre-paid treatments.

Refunds will be provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law

Changes In Circumstances

Any change to your circumstances, either your personal details or medical history must be advised to our staff prior to any appointment. It is the client’s responsibility to disclose all medical issues to Urban Body.

Concerns

Results from treatments may take up to 12 weeks to show results and results will vary from client to client. If you are dissatisfied with your results or experience an adverse reaction you agree to provide us with any information requested by us so we can assess your concerns.
